The NextGen Leaders Summer Program is a 2-month immersive experience equipping students with the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to innovate, build real-world solutions, and grow as leaders.

What is the time commitment?
The program requires a full-time commitment (approximately 30-40 hours per week) for the 2-month duration to ensure students get the most out of the experience.
Do I need prior experience?
No specific technical experience is required, but we look for students who demonstrate curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn. Basic familiarity with your track of interest is helpful.
Is the program virtual or in-person?
We offer both in-person (in select cities) and virtual options to accommodate students from different locations. The core curriculum and experience are consistent across both formats.
What do students receive upon completion?
Graduates receive a certificate of completion, a professional portfolio of their work, and access to our alumni network. Many projects continue beyond the program with ongoing support.
